We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager / Accountant to support and manage Polish sole proprietorships (JDG — Jednoosobowa Dzia?alno?? Gospodarcza) for our team members.
? Format: Part-time, Remote
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting for Polish sole proprietors (JDGs).
- Prepare and submit reports in line with Polish tax and accounting regulations.
- Consult and assist team members with opening their JDG in Poland.
- Support the registration process for new sole proprietorships.
- Monitor tax obligations and keep the team informed about key updates and deadlines.
- Collaborate with the HR team on any relevant changes.

Requirements:
- Experience working with JDGs (sole proprietorships) in Poland.
- Solid knowledge of Polish tax and accounting laws.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to explain accounting matters clearly to non-finance team members.
- Ukrainian language — required; Polish / English — a strong advantage.
- Comfortable with remote collaboration :)
