Job Overview:
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can take raw footage and transform it into polished, engaging content tailored for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and online course platforms. You’ll be working closely with our content creators and production team to deliver high-quality edits that align with our brand’s voice, pacing, and audience expectations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Editing short-form (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) and long-form video content for multiple platforms
- Assembling raw footage, applying color correction, sound design, transitions, text overlays, and motion graphics
- Creating polished course modules and promotional material
- Organizing and archiving video assets for future use
- Keeping up with editing trends, pacing, and visual styles relevant to our niche
- Collaborating with the creative team to meet deadlines and brand consistency
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in video editing (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro
- Knowledge of motion graphics and basic sound editing
- Strong storytelling instincts and attention to pacing, flow, and audience retention
- Ability to work independently and take initiative on creative decisions

Bonus: Experience editing content for trucking, transportation, or lifestyle brands
