We’re looking for a proactive and sharp Finance Manager with a solid understanding of Accounting. Who not only handles numbers confidently but is also eager to learn, grow, and take ownership of processes.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in accounting and financial operations.
- Knowledge of VAT legislation (export/import).
- Strong practical knowledge of Ukrainian legislation related to LLCs, primary documentation, foreign economic activity (export/import), and transactions with non-residents.
- Experience in preparing and submitting reports for LLCs and FOPs, including contracts and service acceptance certificates.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., 1C, BAF).
- Confident user of M.E.Doc, Vchasno, and Google Sheets/Docs.
- English language skills at a level that enables reading financial documentation and writing professional messages/emails.
- Foreign economic activity (FEA) reporting: currency control, invoices, service acceptance certificates, and contracts with foreign clients/partners.
- Experience working with international financial institutions (Payoneer, Wise, etc.)

Will be a plus:
- Finance-related certifications or completed courses (e.g., budgeting, financial analysis, taxation) will be an advantage.
- University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
