We’re looking for a highly resourceful Project Manager to spearhead a multidisciplinary research initiative from the ground up. This is a hands-on leadership role for a strategic thinker who thrives in complexity and isn’t afraid to build teams, processes, and stakeholder networks from scratch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead a multidisciplinary research team from scratch.
- Recruit and manage both local and international project staff as required.
- Direct analysts and project team members to meet objectives, including group contractual setup, jurisdiction analysis, and comprehensive international banking analytics.
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with global stakeholders, such as vendors, partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Establish a procurement unit focused on international sourcing, particularly for construction and IT hardware.
- Drive efficient resource management to maintain cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in an international environment.
- Proven track record as a high performer with exceptional creativity and resourcefulness in solving complex challenges.
- Solution-oriented, curious, and proactive strategic thinker.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and excellent time management skills.
- Innovative thinker with a penchant for out-of-the-box solutions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy and meeting tight deadlines.
