? Accounting Specialist
? What You’ll Do:
- Keep financial records and reports up to date
- Work closely with drivers and brokers regarding invoices and payments
- Assist with bookkeeping, budgeting, and planning

? We’re Looking For:
- Experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll train you!
- Attention to detail and great time management
- English: Upper-Intermediate or Advanced
- Confident with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets); accounting software knowledge is a bonus
- Problem-solver, responsible, and ready to learn

? Safety Assistant
? What You’ll Do:
- Assist drivers with ELD setup and troubleshooting
- Manage and track insurance documents and expiration dates
- Support with compliance documentation and driver onboarding
- Communicate with drivers regarding DOT and safety requirements
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

? We’re Looking For:
- At least 6 months of experience in a safety, compliance, or administrative role
- English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
- Attention to detail and ability to handle documentation
- Problem-solving skills and readiness to learn
- Experience with safety platforms is a plus, but not required

? Starting Pay: From $500/month (negotiable depending on experience)
