As we expand our team, we are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support digital campaigns across recruitment, B2B communications, brand outreach and community networks. This is a full-time, entry-level position offering practical experience in digital outreach and opportunities for growth within the Division of Marketing & PR.
- Fully remote; full-time; Monday through Friday.
- 8.00 a.m. — 4.00 p.m. CST (16.00 — 00.00 Kyiv time).
- Type: contract (3rd group PE is required).
- Reports to: Director of Marketing & PR.

Qualifications:
- English B2+ is a must; Ukrainian C1+ is preferred; Spanish knowledge may be a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and self-discipline in managing high-volume tasks.
- Familiarity with online communities, group dynamics, and digital outreach (LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram, Instagram).
- Ability to identify new sourcing opportunities and marketing angles.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with multiple departments.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-changing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing and B2B Brand Support:
- Assist in executing digital campaigns that enhance our brand presence with potential partners, clients, and workforce audiences.
- Support the development and scheduling of social media content that showcases our projects, teams, and industry achievements.
- Contribute to research and outreach for earned media, press mentions, collaborations, and guest features on niche media outlets.
- Monitor visual and brand consistency across all public-facing communications.
- Coordinate small-scale ad placements and collaborations with influencers, content creators, and community admins.

Recruitment Marketing, Employer Branding and Community Sourcing:
- Manage daily job posting and sourcing activities across vetted Facebook groups, Telegram channels, forums, and niche job platforms.
- Research, identify, and onboard new digital communities and local networks for candidate sourcing.
- Build and maintain outreach relationships with immigrant communities, trade groups, influencers, and group administrators.
- Ensure full publishing coverage of technician job ads in active markets within defined timeframes.

Reporting and Analytics:
- Prepare weekly reports that track publishing activity, post performance, lead flow, and sourcing channel growth.
- Support monitoring and optimization of cost-per-lead (CPL) and cost-per-qualified-lead (CPQL) metrics in coordination with the CMO.
