Work Schedule:? Monday to Friday, 3 PM-1 AM (Kyiv time)
? In-office: 3 PM-10 PM
? Remote: 10 PM-1 AM

?What You’ll Be Doing:
- Communicate with customers via chat and phone regarding cargo shipments.
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure smooth and timely logistics operations.
- Update and maintain CRM systems accurately.
- Collaborate with your team to achieve shared goals.

? What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of sales experience (experience in European logistics is a plus).
- English proficiency: B2-C1 level (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability.
- Basic computer literacy (email, internet, CRM tools).
