HR / Administrative Manager

Conversion Conf — a fast-growing international company behind some of the top affiliate marketing conferences — is looking for an energetic and empathetic HR / Administrative Manager to join our team. This is a cross-functional role that combines classic HR duties with internal operational coordination and support for our leadership team.
? Your Responsibilities:
?? Human Resources:
- • Provide ongoing 1-on-1 support to all team members — emotional check-ins, performance alignment, feedback collection, and motivation tracking.
- • Oversee the health and productivity of all departments by proactively identifying bottlenecks, burnout risks, and communication gaps.
- • Manage and improve onboarding, probation, and offboarding processes.
- • Build and maintain internal HR systems, documentation, and employee records.
- • Coordinate training programs, team building activities, and pulse surveys.
? Administrative & Operational Support:
- • Ensure smooth daily workflows across teams.
- • Handle core administrative tasks related to contracts, policies, processes, and internal communications.
- • Act as the bridge between teams and C-Level leadership.
- • Support C-Level executives with ad-hoc requests, scheduling, and special projects.

? We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- • Has 1+ years experience in HR, operations, or office management.
- • Speaks fluent English;
- • Is emotionally intelligent, highly organized, proactive, and discreet.
- • Can balance empathy with structure — someone who supports people while enforcing accountability.
- • Thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable wearing multiple hats.
- 20 hours per week
