Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Personal Assistant and Ukrainian Translator to support a wellness entrepreneur specializing in Ayurvedic massage, yoni massage, yoga retreats, one-on-one yoga classes, meditation, pulse diagnosis, and detoxification programs.
The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, improve their social media presence, coordinate travel and schedules, and ensure seamless translation from Ukrainian to English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translation and Communication:Translate written materials (social media posts, brochures, emails) from English to Ukrainian and vice versa, taking into account cultural nuances. Real-time interpretation during client consultations, seminars, and travel. Social Media and Marketing
- Support: Composing, planning and publishing content on platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Telegram) in both languages. Monitoring engagement, responding to comments/messages and compiling weekly performance reports.

Schedule and Logistics Management:
- Calendar management: meetings, classes, retreats, diagnostic sessions. Book accommodation, transportation and venues for retreats or client visits. Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all materials (contracts, fee waivers, itineraries) are in order. Administrative and Production Assistance Process client inquiries, follow up and remind about invoicing. Organize digital files (client records, videos, lesson plans).Assist with accounting and expense tracking.
- Support on the road: Travel together to retreats and field sessions, ensuring seamless logistics and translation support. Adapt to changing schedules and proactively resolve issues.
- Qualifications and skills:Native Ukrainian and excellent English (written and spoken)Previous experience as a translator, preferably in the wellness, medical or hospitality industry, Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with social media platforms, basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Spark)Excellent communication skills, multitasking and problem-solving ability. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently (domestic/international).Discretion, professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.

Working hours and conditions: Total working hours 6 to 8 hours daily.
Split schedule: 6−8 hours/day, Monday to Saturday (flexible schedule for evenings or weekends as needed)
Location: Mukachevo, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Hybrid — remote work, plus personal support at retreats and client offices
Travel: Frequent travel required; accommodation and per diem provided.
