Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO
Location: Remote (with occasional travel as required)
Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM — 5:00 PM CST
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO. This role requires exceptional communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, resourceful, and capable of working independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, email handling, travel coordination, and meeting preparation
- Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage special projects and follow up on action items with minimal supervision
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
- Draft and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Support the CEO in both professional and personal tasks as needed
- Attend meetings (virtually or in person) and take accurate minutes, ensuring timely follow-up
- Maintain a consistent schedule aligned with 8:00 AM — 5:00 PM CST, with flexibility for extended hours or travel when necessary
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to C-level executives
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of discretion and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools
- Ability to travel occasionally as required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
