We are currently seeking a full-life-cycle Recruiter. You will be responsible for recruiting and hiring top talent for open Technical, Sales, and Marketing positions. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, work-hard, play-hard environment. Responsibilities
- Perform full life-cycle recruiting for non-technical and technical positions
- Research cutting-edge sourcing techniques
- Implement and refine recruiting processes
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors

Qualifications
- 3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience.
- Fluent in verbal and written English.
- Experience with Enterprise/ Software Sales recruiting.
- Experience in a recruiting environment, ideally in-house, focused on the SaaS software sales space.
- Proven success in recruiting using creative and traditional methods, especially in high-volume settings.
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational, communication, and negotiation skills. Positive attitude and high level of initiative.
- Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
- Can work with urgency and remain flexible in dynamic environments to meet objectives.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, quick learner who can multitask effectively.
- Ability to understand each candidate’s unique qualities and motivations to match talent with organisational needs.
