Job requirements:
- Experience working in similar position
- Fluent in Ukrainian language
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet)

Responsibilities and duties:
Program activities:
- Participates in the assessments upon identified needs by the management team
- Contributes to efficient and quality implementation of activities (Winterization / NFI)
- Monitors the projects activities, in order to evaluate, promote and share ideas for improvement and necessary changes, in line with TGH frameworks and SOPs
- Participates in community mobilization and distribution activities
- Ensures that all project documents are properly and timely filled
- Prepares regular internal reports and contribute to donor reports
- Contributes to the development of all tools and documents required for the proper conduct of activities
Coordination and external representation:
- Works internally with the Basic Needs Manager and other departments as needed
- Be proactive in integration with other TGH programs including Protection interventions
- Coordinates externally with all relevant stakeholders including other actors and local authorities
- Represents TGH at external meetings such as Cluster meetings and other relevant technical meetings
Logistics/Finance:
- Prepares requests for internal procurement and requests for approval to donors and be proactive in following up on procurement process
- Creates and provide movement and distribution plans to the logistics team with reasonable forecasting
General:
- Complies with Triangle — TGH policies and practice with respect to child protection, code of conduct, health and safety, equal opportunities and other relevant policies and procedures
- Hold self-accountable for making decisions, managing resources efficiently, achieving goals of TGH
