Requirements:
- Native speaker or advanced/proficient level (C1/C2) of English — American/Canadian accent is a must;
- Experience in communicating with native speakers (FLEX Alumni, Work & Travel, AIESEC, and other programs represent a big plus);
- Great communication skills;
- Ability to learn and act fast in a dynamic environment;
- Organized working style, with an eye for detail and a problem-solving approach;
- Computer literacy and good data entry/keyboard skills;
- Ability to work 8 am to 5 pm CST (USA time zone);
- Uninterrupted high-speed internet connection and stable power supply;
- Ukraine-based, but willing to consider candidates based in EU countries.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and optimize digital ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other PPC platforms.
- Monitor performance metrics and proactively adjust strategies to improve KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, cost per lead, and ROAS.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, graphics, and video content that aligns with campaign goals.
- Provide regular reporting and insights with ideas for improvement.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
