We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Property Management Assistant to join our team and help manage daily property operations from a distance.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management, leasing, or real estate preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and property management platforms
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment

Work Hours:
- Flexible hours; must be reachable during business hours (Atlantic Time)

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to tenant inquiries via email, phone, or messaging platforms
- Coordinate maintenance requests and schedule service with vendors
- Assist with move-in/move-out coordination and inspections
- Track rent payments, issue receipts, and follow up on arrears
- Post and update rental listings on various platforms
- Support lease agreement preparation and document filing
- Communicate with landlords, contractors, and on-site teams
- Maintain records and update property management databases
- Assist with utilities setup/transfer and other administrative duties
