Requirements:
- 6+ months of experience in SDR/sales/support roles.
- Experience working with HubSpot or similar tools.
- Experience working with CRM systems (such as Jira or ClickUp).
- Experience working with spreadsheets and reporting.
- Understanding of cold outreach fundamentals.
- Ability to handle large amounts of information and routine tasks.
- English language level from B2 and higher.

Responsibilities:
- Initial communication with company leads.
- Maintaining and updating all lead data in the CRM system.
- Generating reports on leads and the work process.
- Pre-moderation and pre-qualification of leads.
- Timely transfer of «warm» leads to sales closers.
- Re-processing/upselling of leads returned for further processing.
- Individual product sales.

Preferred Qualifications:
- A solid understanding of how YouTube works, the digital industry, and trends.
- Experience with Saas/IT/Media products.
