Hiring: Full-Time Accountant for Trucking Company (USA)
Location: місто Одеса, офіс, або віддалений формат (розглядається). Position Type: Full-Time Industry: Trucking / Transportation Language: English — required. Experience: Бажано з досвідом роботи у цій сфері.
Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable and receivable

Reconcile bank statements and fuel cards

Prepare monthly financial reports

Monitor driver settlements and invoice processing

Communicate with factoring companies and brokers

Support year-end reporting and CPA cooperation

Requirements:

2+ years of accounting experience (preferably in transportation/trucking)

Strong knowledge of U.S. accounting standards

Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks etc.)

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Based communication in English (written and spoken)

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
