Core & Saw is a leading concrete cutting, coring, demolition, and GPR scanning contractor serving Texas and Colorado. Known for quality, safety, and reliability, we are expanding our brand and digital presence. We’re looking for a Marketer / Project Manager who is creative, organized, and ready to drive marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels.
Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Strategy.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote services and generate leads.
- Lead and manage a small team of marketing specialists, graphic designers, and freelancers,including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google My Business.
- Coordinate SEO strategy to improve organic search visibility and website traffic.

Social Media Management.
- Create and manage engaging content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Maintain brand consistency across all social media accounts and monitor engagement and growth.
- Oversee scheduling, posting, and interaction with followers.

Traditional Advertising.
- Plan and oversee the design and production of marketing materials, including billboards, flyers, brochures, job site banners, etc.
- Coordinate with printers and advertisers to execute local advertising campaigns.

Team Management & Project Oversight.
- Lead and manage a small team of marketing specialists, graphic designers, and freelancers.
- Assign tasks, track deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and content.
- Collaborate with the company’s leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Reporting & Optimization.
- Monitor KPIs across platforms, analyze results, and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.

Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing and team/project management
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google My Business, SEO, and social media algorithms
- Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms
- Graphic design skills or the ability to direct designers effectively
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities
- Construction or service industry marketing experience is a plus
