Current team: 2 Affiliate Heads, 3 Affiliate Managers.
Requirements:
- Commercial work experience — 2+ years
- You have experience in affiliate marketing, ideally with gambling or gaming CPA offers
- You know how to find and onboard media buyers and webmasters running paid traffic
- You understand the mechanics of CPA and are familiar with ad networks like Facebook Ads, GDN, Push, TikTok, Popunder, etc.
- You speak fluent Russian/Ukrainian and intermediate English
- You are highly goal-oriented, a self-starter, and thrive in performance-driven environments
- You have connections or access to affiliate communities, Telegram groups, or traffic marketplaces

It will be an advantage:
- Be passionate about esports and CS2
- Have experience in igaming

Responsibilities:
- Recruiting new affiliates (individuals or teams) who run traffic via paid ads (Teaser, Push, GDN, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to join ggband.gg
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with partners, ensuring they are motivated and performing
- Monitoring and optimizing affiliate performance based on key metrics (CR, ROI, Payouts, Volume)
- Identifying new traffic opportunities and niches, including GEO-specific campaigns and alternative traffic sources
- Providing affiliates with fast support, creative materials, technical documentation, and payment assistance
- Working closely with product and analytics teams to ensure offer performance and quality traffic standards
- Reporting weekly on recruitment, activation rates, and affiliate performance

KPI:
- Kpi probation — 10 partners a month
- After probation (1 month), 20 partners a month
- Bonus — 5% of the profit of the affiliate
