Who We’re Looking For We are looking for a dedicated IP lawyer with solid experience and a thoughtful approach to legal problem-solving. The ideal candidate is attentive to detail, adaptable, and ready to contribute to complex IP projects that require both technical knowledge and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on a full range of IP matters, including trademarks, patents, copyrights, and industrial designs
- Carry out IP investigations and due diligence, identify legal and commercial risks, and ensure compliance with Ukrainian and international IP regulations
- Conduct in-depth IP audits and contribute to IP risk management strategies
- Draft and negotiate IP-related agreements (e.g., licensing, technology transfer, NDAs)
- Represent clients in IP disputes and enforcement actions, including pre-trial work and litigation
- Monitor legislative and case law developments in IP and communicate practical implications to clients and the team
- Work in multidisciplinary teams to develop tailored legal solutions

Your Profile
- Bar admission (advocate's certificate)
- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in IP law
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
- Proven skills in IP due diligence, transactional work, and risk assessment
- Ability to explain complex legal issues clearly and concisely
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- A mindset oriented toward precision, reliability, and client needs
