Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in web testing
- Understanding of JSON, XML

Experience in managing tasks and defects using Jira

- Good level of test design

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior QA Manual Tester to join our dynamic Quality Assurance team. As a Senior QA Manual Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to ensure the delivery of a seamless and exceptional user experience.
What do you need to do?
- Conduct thorough and systematic testing of our SaaS platform’s features, functionalities, and integrations to identify defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the QA team and stakeholders to define test strategies, test plans, and test cases for different modules and components of the SaaS application.
- Execute manual test cases according to the defined test plans, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all relevant scenarios and use cases.
- Accurately document defects using a standardized defect tracking system, clearly explaining the issue with the necessary information for developers to replicate and address the problems.
- Perform regression testing to verify that previously identified defects have been successfully resolved and that new code changes have not introduced new issues.
- Collaborate closely with development, product management, and design teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements, changes, and quality expectations.
- Maintain and update test cases, test data, and testing documentation as the application evolves, ensuring the QA team’s knowledge base is up to date.
- Assist in performance and usability testing efforts, providing insights into the application’s responsiveness, scalability, and user-friendliness.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3−5 years of hands-on experience in manual software testing, with a strong track record of working on SaaS applications.
- Proficiency in various testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Keen attention to detail with the ability to identify, document, and prioritize defects effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and communicate potential solutions.
- Familiarity with testing tools and technologies, defect tracking systems, and test case management tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with SaaS concepts, cloud technologies, and web applications is a plus.

- Understanding of architecture and tech stack of web solutions.
- Strong knowledge of test types, approaches, design techniques and artifacts.

- Experience with Rest API, WebSocket and OSI Model.

- Automation experience with Java programming language.
- Knowledge and experience in crypto trading.
