We’re looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our growing Customer Support Team.
Role Overview
As part of the Customer Support Team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and partners. Whether it’s helping with a booking, resolving an issue, or answering travel-related questions, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through email, chat, phone, and social media
- Assist customers with bookings, service inquiries, and travel-related questions
- Monitor and support daily tasks related to our transportation services
- Onboard new transportation providers: review profiles, conduct training, and confirm pricing
- Manage provider requests such as vehicle updates, flight number confirmations, and general platform support
- Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
- Stay informed about AtoB’s offerings and updates to provide accurate, helpful support

Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic, patient, and customer-first approach
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment
- Previous customer support experience is a plus
- Tech-savvy and confident using support tools and systems
