Compliance and Support Representative
We are looking for a customer service expert with fluent English (both spoken and written).
Previous experience of 1 year as a Support agent is a must.
You are welcome to apply if you:
- are detail-oriented but still able to see the big picture;
- can handle complaints and issues;
- quickly and fully understand your client’s needs and requests;
- are able to work under pressure;
- are familiar with CRM systems;
- have strong communication skills;
- can speak confidently over the phone;
- have previous experience with live chats and emails (with helpdesk or Gmail Workspace).
The main duties on the shift are:
- to monitor transactions and request necessary supporting documents;
- to check the KYC documents in order to verify account information and to make records using the company’s CRM;
- to provide omnichannel support via email and chat,
- to call clients when necessary;
- to communicate with other company’s departments as needed.
Full-time remote position with working days from Monday to Friday, a nine-hour working shift with lunch and coffee breaks.
We offer a stable, full-time schedule — working hours are set and fixed per each agent and can be discussed during the interview.
Shift hours available (time by Kyiv, GMT +2):
- 9:00 to 18:00;
- 12:00 to 21:00;
- 17:00 to 1:00.
- Shifts can be changed by the management’s request with the mutual agreement.
