We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented General Project Manager to join our CGI team. You’ll be managing architectural visualization projects (interiors, exteriors, animations) from estimation to delivery, ensuring high-quality execution and seamless communication between all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Evaluation — Analyze incoming requests, estimate project scope and timelines.

Team Coordination — Assign tasks to 3D artists, animators, and technical specialists.

Client Communication — Manage expectations, clarify requirements, and ensure satisfaction through clear, consistent updates.

Quality Control — Review visual materials, ensure realism and proper proportions, and give clear feedback based on standards.

Process Management — Track deadlines, control budgets, identify risks, and resolve issues.

Operational Involvement — Contribute to ongoing process improvements and support cross-functional initiatives within the studio.

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing CGI or architectural visualization projects.

Solid understanding of architecture, composition, and visual storytelling.

Sharp eye for quality in renderings — ability to spot proportion mistakes, lighting flaws, or lack of realism.

Strong leadership and communication skills — both with teams and clients.

Ability to handle multiple projects and stay organized under pressure.

English level — Upper Intermediate or higher.

Nice to have:

Hands-on experience with 3D software (3ds Max, Corona, V-Ray, Blender, etc.)

Experience working in a startup or flexible production environment

Basic knowledge of animation and post-production pipelines
