Who We’re Looking For
You’re someone who’s creative, driven, and loves making things that actually work. You get excited when your content performs well, and you’re not afraid to figure things out. You love the technical side of content (editing, designing, posting, tracking) and you care about producing great work. You don’t need to know immigration, but you do need to be fluent in English and hungry to grow.
Must have:
- Excellent English skills — both written and spoken as we are 100% English speaking firm
- Strong skills in English copywriting, content design, and research
- Experience using Instagram, YouTube, and basic SEO tools
- Comfortable using Canva, video editing tools, and WordPress
- A proactive attitude — you love learning, taking initiative, and improving things

What You’ll Do
This is a hands-on, creative, and strategic role:
? Researching what topics we should be talking about and bringing fresh ideas to the table
? Planning and creating daily content for Instagram
? Supporting YouTube: editing videos, uploading them, and making sure they hit all SEO check boxes
? Repurposing YouTube videos into SEO optimized blog posts that are clear, helpful, and optimized
? Managing our content calendar and making sure we stay on track
? Engaging with our community replying to emails, DMs and comments using our brand voice
? Tracking content performance and preparing a simple monthly report to help us improve
? Performing administrative tasks including appointment booking management, communication with clients before and after consultations, sending service quotes and service agreements.
Schedule
? Flexible schedule, but must be available for time sensitive work between 9 am and 5 pm EST.
