Забезпечити ефективну та відповідну до політик організації роботу складу та автопарку SCI в Миколаєві. Це включає координацію вхідних і вихідних товарів, управління залишками, координацію транспорту та персоналу, управління автівками та підтримку логістичних операцій.

Основні обов’язки:

Забезпечення дотримання політик SCI щодо складу, охорони праці та безпеки.

Забезпечення впровадження найкращих практик управління запасами для ефективного та результативного обліку й контролю товарів.

Контроль надходження і видачі товарів на складі та їх облік.

Тісна співпраця з командою логістики для забезпечення прийому/відвантаження товарів.

Ведення та оновлення Total Inventory Management System.

Регулярна звітність щодо наявності та переміщень товарів.

Періодичні перевірки та аудит складу.

Координація роботи складських працівників.

Повсякденне управління автопарком: планування руху, контроль пального, техоглядів, ремонтів.

Управління орендованим транспортом та контрактами.

Ведення документації з експлуатації транспорту.

Координація водіїв, контроль виконання політик та заповнення логбуків.

Збір і аналіз даних щодо автопарку та надання звітності.

Відстеження переміщень персоналу через WhatsApp, AtlasNXT тощо.

Щоб бути успішним, Вам необхідно мати:

Щонайменше 2 роки досвіду у подібній сфері.

Вища освіта або еквівалентна кваліфікація.

Досвід у логістиці в гуманітарних організаціях.

Розуміння процесів управління запасами.

Навички роботи з онлайн-системами управління складами.

Вміння працювати в стресових умовах і з великим обсягом завдань.

Вільне володіння англійською мовою.

Впевнене користування ПК (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Водійські права категорії B.

Бажано:

Курси чи сертифікація з логістики або автосервісу.

Досвід базового техобслуговування автомобілів.

Job Purpose:
The Warehouse & Fleet Officer will be responsible for the compliant and effective operation of Save the Childrens warehouse which includes coordinating incoming and outgoing goods, and the effective inventory management of stock held in the warehouse. The Warehouse & Fleet Officer has the responsibility to coordinate vehicle & staff movements, manage the fleet and cover efficiently transport needs of our programs and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring the warehouse is compliant with all Save the Childrens policies and procedures from a Supply Chain, Health & Safety and Safety & Security perspective.
- Ensuring best practice inventory management principles are applied, to ensure the efficient and effective management of stock.
- Ensure all goods received in the warehouse, and goods leaving the warehouse are properly recorded in accordance with Save the Childrens warehousing and inventory management systems.
- Work closely with other Supply Chain staff to ensure warehouses are available to receive purchased goods and / or facilitate the dispatch of goods to beneficiaries.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating the Total Inventory Management system and all associated records for all goods in the warehouse.
- Compile and share regular reports on stock counts within the warehouse and stock movements with stakeholders.
- Complete periodic reviews and audit of the warehouse and inventory.
- To manage any warehouse personnel (e.g. loaders, forklift drivers) and be responsible for coordinating their shifts and working patterns.
- Responsible for Day-to-day management of the fleet assigned to area of operation.
- Ensure vehicles have correct equipment and sufficient fuel for the planned trip.
- Manage fuel, fluids and spares stocks as needed.
- Manage fuel and maintenance contracts depending on identified needs and related fleet reports.
- Collect transport requests and complete the movement plan.
- Complete and update daily vehicle movement and service board and ensure vehicles are tracked when away from base.
- Ensure planned preventative maintenance is carried out to a high standard with minimum disruption to programme activities.
- Direct line managing of all drivers and ensuring that are briefed on and adhere to Save the Children policies and procedures.
- Track staff movements through WhastApp, AtlasNXT and other modes of tracking.
- Perform any other work related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Line Managers.

To Be Successful, You Will Need:
- 2 years minimum of specific sector work experience in a similar position.
- Graduate degree or any other equivalent qualification.
- Experience in Supply Chain in INGOs within a developmental or emergency context.
- Ability and willingness to change work practices and hours in the event of major emergencies, including travelling at short notice and for extended periods.
- Experience of working in other Supply Chain Functions — e.g. Warehouse, Procurement, Fleet, Distribution etc.
- Understanding of stock and inventory management processes and procedures.
- Working experience of using online inventory management systems.
- Ability to build positive & productive relationships quickly with a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Excellent planning, management and coordination skills, with the ability to organize a substantial workload comprised of complex and diverse tasks, and responsibilities.
- Strong communication (written and spoken), and interpersonal skills in English.
