Job Opening — Full Stack Developer & Tracking Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Role
As our Tracking & Tech Specialist, you’ll be the technical backbone of our marketing operations. Your mission: ensure flawless tracking, fast infrastructure, and rock-solid support for all our media buyers, funnel builders, and creatives.
Your Responsibilities
- Build and maintain fast, mobile-optimized landing pages (HTML, CSS, JS)
- Manage hosting setups, cloud environments, CDNs (e.g. Cloudflare), domains, and security
- Set up and monitor Server-to-Server (S2S) tracking flows
- Implement tracking systems like Voluum, Binom, RedTrack, and maintain accurate postback integrations
- Create and manage dynamic tracking parameters, macros, and redirect flows
- Troubleshoot and solve tracking issues fast and reliably
- Monitor uptime and page speed — be the first to spot if something breaks
- Provide ad-hoc tech support to the team (e.g. script fixes, redirect logic, error debugging)

What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years experience in a similar tech role within affiliate or performance marketing
- Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JS and basic web development
- Solid understanding of conversion tracking, S2S setups, cookies, and redirects
- Hands-on experience with tracking platforms (Voluum, Binom, etc.)
- Familiar with hosting and infrastructure (Cloudflare, Namecheap, cPanel, VPS, etc.)
- Proactive, self-driven, and obsessed with reliability and precision
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Bonus: Experience with cloakers, load balancers, or bot filters
