At Norml, we have built two strong teams in UX/UI Design and Development. Now we’re building an SEO team to meet our clients' needs.
Currently, we are looking for a junior SEO Specialist to join our team. We are seeking someone who has a passion for SEO, is ready to grow, learn, and is not afraid of routine work. We have a team of 4 people in the SEO team now, and we are growing rapidly.
Our clients are primarily US businesses, including shops, law firms, coworking spaces, boat rentals, blogs, and SaaS platforms. We handle both high-traffic and low-traffic websites. Everything we design and develop now comes with SEO services, so you’ll have the support of our programmers and designers.
We do not work with gray or questionable niches.
Responsibilities:
- Audit and analyze on-site and off-site SEO for client websites
- Prepare technical research and tasks for programmers
- Cross-link page content or collaborate with the content manager on that
- Write meta-information for pages
- Correct any H1-H6 headers or pieces of content as needed
- Prepare tasks for copywriters
- Create templates with the PM and the Architect
- Provide weekly and monthly updates for projects
- Assist with outreach activities

Requirements:
- Basic understanding of SEO principles (both on-page and off-page); relevant courses or certifications are a plus
- Ability to perform comprehensive keyword research and identify target keywords to drive organic growth
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms
- Basic Knowledge of technical SEO, content optimization, link-building strategies
- A minimum English B1 level (working with international clients)

We’re working with the US market, so your hours would be switched towards the evening, internal meetings usually happen between 16:00 — 20:00 Kyiv time. Rarely we do have meetings up to 23:00 if we need you on a client meeting.
