We’re on the hunt for a customer support agent to join our team—a role perfect for someone who’s organized, great with people, and ready to earn. Your day-to-day will involve keeping in touch with our drivers and clients, making sure everyone’s up to speed. You’ll be the go-to for sorting out any hiccups during deliveries and keeping tabs on how things are going.
What we’re looking for:
- You’ve got a solid grasp of English, fluent speaking and writing skills, at least an intermediate level!
- You’re a pro with PCs, know your way around Microsoft Excel and Gmail.
- Multitasking is your thing, and you make decisions like a champ
- Communication? You’re a natural.
- Pressure? Bring it on. If you’ve got experience in US logistics or any other, that’s a bonus, but it’s not a deal-breaker.

- Our office? It’s cozy. And HEY, we’ll even sort your ride home after work during curfew hours! Work hours are the following: Full-time: Monday to Friday, from 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM, starting in the office till 11 pm and finishing remotely.
