I’m a serial entrepreneur based in Miami Beach, managing a diverse portfolio of 5 businesses. I’m drowning in day-to-day operations and need a sharp, ambitious Business Assistant to become my right hand and help scale these ventures to the next level.
Our Portfolio:
- Fleet Management — 30 vehicles on Turo generating $40k/month
- Luxury Jet Ski Rentals — 6 premium units serving Miami tourists
- Media Production — Professional podcast studio & YouTube channel
- Education Business — Online courses teaching US business strategies
- ?? Real Estate Development — Launching fix & flip projects in 2025

Current metrics: $55k/month revenue with potential to 10x in 12 months
What You’ll Do
This isn’t your typical assistant role filing papers and managing calendars. You’ll be deeply involved in real US business operations, learning and growing every day.
Who You Are Must-Haves:
- Fluent English — You’ll speak with Americans daily (calls, emails, messages)
- US Business Interest — Eager to learn American business culture
- Age 22−32 — Energy and ambition are crucial
- Problem Solver — You find solutions, not excuses
- Tech Savvy — Comfortable with US platforms (Stripe, Square, Turo, etc.)

Huge Plus:
- Experience with US companies or clients
- Knowledge of US time zones and business hours
- Understanding of American customer service standards
- Familiarity with US payment systems
- Previous remote work with US teams
