The main purpose of the role is to ensure the company has the talent to succeed and that future employees have the right competencies to fit in well with an organization. Thus, Senior Talent Acquisition Manager has a crucial role in overseeing the process of sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified individuals to fill open positions within VIPCEM as well as ensuring efficient overall talent acquisition strategy and enhancing the organization’s reputation and visibility as an employer of choice through effective employer branding initiatives.
KEY ACTIVITIES
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent
- Drive and ensure progressing of EVP initiatives
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates, for the roles of various seniority increasing the number of high-potential (HiPo) candidates
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking approaches.
- Deal with recruitment agencies when necessary
- Coordinating graduates' programs
- Managing onboarding process
- Overseeing the recruitment process at the plants to strengthen recruitment capability at plants
job requirements
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition
- Good command in English
- Strong communication, relationship building, organization, counseling and facilitation skills with the ability to work both in a team and make decisions independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong analytical skills
- Extensive experience with the various recruitment tools
