AMS Pilot is a marketing agency for Amazon sellers that doesn’t just run ads — we systematically increase business net profit.
We work with clients from the USA, UK, Europe, and Ukraine — e-commerce companies and brands that sell their products on Amazon.

? Location: Remote — our team is based in Ukraine and the United Kingdom.
Full-Time | Remote | Flexible Hours (EU & US overlap)What You’ll Be Doing
- Hopping on discovery and strategy calls with warm leads (inbound and qualified outbound)
- Conducting preliminary account analysis using tools like Helium10, DataDive, or similar to identify key opportunities
- Actively listening to clients, identifying pain points, and offering relevant, tailored solutions
- Maintaining and updating CRM with lead statuses, notes, and follow-up actions
- Collaborating with internal team members (PPC strategists, audit specialists) to support proposal building
- Following up proactively to keep deals moving forward
- Closing deals and helping clients feel confident in our ability to scale their Amazon and/or TikTok Shop presence

What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Proven sales or closing experience in the eCommerce or digital marketing space
- Familiarity with CRMs and sales automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive)
- Working knowledge of Amazon platform, Amazon PPC, and TikTok Shop platform
- Excellent communication and consultative sales skills
- Strong listening, empathy, and ability to uncover true business challenges
- Organized and detail-oriented with good time management and follow-up discipline
- Proactive, self-starter attitude—you take ownership of your pipeline

Bonus if you have:
- Previous experience selling Amazon agency services
- Understanding of Amazon KPIs like TACoS, ACOS, BSR, etc.
- Ability to do light analysis with tools like Helium10, DataDive, Amazon Search Query Performance, etc.
