We’re looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team! This is a full-time remote position, perfect for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and experienced with QuickBooks.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online

Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles

Ability to manage financial records, reconcile accounts, and prepare reports

Excellent communication and time-management skills

Prior remote work experience is a plus

- Manage day-to-day financial transactions

Record and categorize expenses and income in QuickBooks

Reconcile bank and credit card statements

Process invoices, payments, and payroll (if applicable)

Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly reports

Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting

Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures

Collaborate with management and external accountants as needed
