Your responsibilities:
- Manage the full project lifecycle: planning, goal setting, scope, delivery
- Maintain daily communication with clients and stakeholders
- Implement and support Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- Coordinate the development team, help resolve blockers
- Keep all project documentation up to date
- Report on project status regularly
- Identify and document risks, and create mitigation strategies
- Participate in discussions and negotiations for new projects

Who we’re looking for:
? Hard Skills
- Confident experience with Scrum/Agile (1,5+ years)
- Ability to independently plan sprints and quarters
- Experience managing 2+ projects simultaneously
- Direct communication with clients (calls, feedback, escalations)
- Confident use of Notion/Jira/Slack
- Preparation of release plans, release notes, and coordination with QA
- Understanding of KPI, budgeting, estimations, and time tracking
- Strong analytical and BA skills: ask the right questions, clarify needs, turn them into clear specs
- Basic understanding of SDLC (Development, QA, UX)
- Ability to explain tech solutions and present team/company expertise to clients

? Soft Skills

- Ability to delegate, prioritize, and motivate

- Familiarity with preparing and optimizing KPIs per project type

- Mon-Fri: 9:00—18:00 or 10:00—19:00 (1 hour lunch break)
