Join SkyUp as E — commerce Manager. 
 
In this role you will be:  
Driving the E-commerce strategy and ensuring its effective execution to boost sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
Managing daily e-commerce operations and continuously improving the user journey from booking to post-purchase.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Revenue, Marketing, IT) to optimize pricing, promotions, and ancillary upsells.
Leading key e-commerce projects and implementing UX/UI enhancements to improve conversion rates.
Using data, analytics, and customer insights to guide decision-making and performance optimization.
Overseeing online merchandising and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling throughout the booking flow.
 
We expect from you:  
Proven experience in E-commerce or Digital Marketing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead complex projects across multiple countries and work well under pressure.
Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
A results-driven, reliable, and proactive mindset with a touch of creativity and innovation.
Solid project and time management abilities to ensure goals are met.
English proficiency at B2 level or above.
