? Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM — 00:00 AM (Kyiv time)

? Responsibilities
- Source and recruit CDL company drivers and owner-operators through job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Screen candidates for qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Focus on hiring drivers who will stay with the company long term — this is our priority.
- Communicate with the HR team and Safety department for smooth hiring processes.
- Communicate with the SMM team about lead quality and recruitment campaigns.
- Build a pool of strong candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and report results.

? Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in driver recruitment or trucking/logistics hiring.
- Fluent English and Ukrainian (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with recruitment tools and social media (Tenstreet, Facebook, Indeed, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
