The Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing marketing and advertising campaigns, promotional offers, conducts marketing research, and building guest relationships. Main duties will include:
- Creation and execution of a strategic and comprehensive advertising and Public Relations plan, including media planning as well as creative/visuals and promotional materials
- Creation a marketing strategy for different target groups benefitting from specific hotel services
- Communication with other managers/departments to create and execute effective advertising and Public Relations plans and campaigns
- Setting strategies of using social media to boost the hotel image ad reputation
- Initiating cooperation that leads to cross-selling success
- Actively supporting the brand awareness in the market
- Support the commercial team by executing tasks aligned with current department priorities
We are looking for candidates with a progressive approach to hotel image efforts, possessing excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Fluent English language both written and verbal is a «MUST»
- Minimum 3 years' work experience as Marketing Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of current marketing trends and multimedia platforms
- Advanced knowledge of the marketing principles and practices
- Time-management and leadership skills; goal-oriented, flexible, initiative on projects, and creative under pressure
- Strong presentation skills with excellent communication
- Strong media and computer skills
- Graphic design skills would be beneficial
- Familiar with AI tools
