? Drive Operational Efficiency from Anywhere — Join Streamline Utilities as a Fleet Operations & Safety Coordinator (Remote)
Streamline Utilities is a U.S.-based infrastructure company specializing in underground telecom and utility construction. As our operations scale, we are looking for a Fleet Operations & Safety Coordinator (Remote) to provide critical administrative and compliance support for our Fleet department.
This role is designed to offload administrative tasks from our on-site Fleet Manager/Mechanic so they can focus fully on equipment repairs and field support. You’ll work closely with drivers, ensuring that inspections, compliance, and insurance documentation are handled efficiently, and you’ll use software tools like Fleetio to manage and track fleet operations remotely.

- Full-time, remote
- PE (3rd group) registration required
- Work schedule: 16:00 — 00:00 (Kyiv time)
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure daily vehicle inspections and immediate reporting of any breakdowns or issues
- Manage insurance documentation, renewals, and claims
- Handle compliance communications with field workers (permits, driver checks, records)
- Update and maintain fleet records in Fleetio
- Track maintenance schedules and coordinate with service providers across different U.S. states
- Support the U.S.-based Fleet Manager by handling all tasks that can be completed remotely (documentation, scheduling, record-keeping)
- Communicate with field staff regarding compliance and safety requirements
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Fleet Management, Safety, or Logistics
- Proven experience working with the U.S. market
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Conversational English (sufficient for calls with U.S. drivers and supervisors)
- Familiarity with Fleetio (major plus) or similar fleet software (Samsara, etc.)
- Experience handling insurance, compliance, and driver communications
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working fully remotely
