- Upper-intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Experience with various sourcing strategies and channels, including LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean search, X-Ray, social media, and niche platforms
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to promote opportunities and address candidate objections
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail

?Responsibilities:
- Use different sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, X-ray search, etc.) to identify potential candidates
- Reach out to candidates, engage in initial communication, assess their interest, and present roles persuasively
- Manage candidate data using CRM systems to streamline and automate the hiring process
- Evaluate candidate profiles, experience, and skills to determine job fit and potential
- Conduct pre-screening interviews
- Build and maintain professional relationships through networking in forums, social media groups, and industry communities
