Job Description: We are seeking a technically skilled, part-time Data & Email Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with tools like Clay for enrichment, data scraping, and managing email outreach infrastructure.
This role is critical in supporting our lead generation and outreach operations, ensuring our systems are well-maintained, efficient, and scalable.
This is a remote role with 4−5 working hours per day (Monday to Friday) and occasional meet-ups.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize lead databases using Clay or similar enrichment platforms.
- Perform data scraping using tools, scripts, or manual methods to collect relevant contact and business data from various locations.
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot email infrastructure, including inbox management, domain setup, deliverability, and warming.
- Support outbound email campaigns, ensuring smooth execution and minimal technical issues.
- Collaborate with the team to improve processes, provide ideas and support growth initiatives.

Requirements:
- Technical background preferred.
- Proven experience with Clay, Apollo, or similar enrichment/data tools.
- Strong experience with data scraping — using scraping tools, Python scripts (Not needed/good to know), or browser-based tools.
- Understanding of email outreach infrastructure, including inbox setup, SPF/DKIM/DMARC configuration, domain warming, and deliverability best practices. Instantly is our key tool.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and troubleshoot technical challenges.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and communicative.
- Available to work 4−5 hours per day, Monday to Friday (remote).

Compensation:
- $550 USD per month plus:

Commission bonuses for:
- Acquiring new customers/clients
- Hitting key targets and performance goals

Location:
- Fully remote, with occasional meet-ups (depending on your location).
