We’re looking for a Full-Cycle Sales Manager to handle the entire sales journey — from first contact to closed deal and onboarding.

? What You’ll Be Selling

Paid Ads services: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Google

Custom performance strategies for eCommerce brands

Audits, monthly retainers, and full-funnel growth packages

Personalized proposals based on client goals and budgets

? Compensation & Growth Path

$400 + 10% of contract (paid over the first 3 months of the client’s billing cycle)

Each client = minimum $100/month in commission, paid for 3 months = $300 per client

Month 1: Close 1 client → $400 base + $100 commission = $500 total

Month 2: Close 1 more client → $400 base + $100 new + $100 from previous client = $600 total

Month 3: Close 1 more → $400 base + $100 new + $200 recurring = $700 total

Month 4: Maintain 1 client/month pace → $400 base + $300 recurring from 3 clients = $700

Month 5+: With consistent 1−2 deals/month, you can scale to $900−1200+/month

? What You’ll Do

Own the full sales process: from inbound messages to final contract

Communicate with leads from Upwork, Paid Ads, LinkedIn, website, email

Qualify leads, book and run discovery calls

Follow up, send proposals, coordinate internal audits

Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure smooth handoff to delivery team

Keep all lead data organized in HubSpot CRM

? We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Speaks and writes fluent English (B2+)

Has strong communication skills and confidence on sales calls

Understands the basics of Paid Ads (Meta/TikTok/Google) — or is ready to learn

Is proactive, organized

?Bonus Points For:

Experience in marketing / ad agencies

Familiarity with eCommerce and DTC

Previous work with Upwork or outbound sales
