Senior Financial & KPI Analyst (Remote — Ukraine)

Fineline Global is a multinational PCB distribution company operating across 14 countries. We’re looking for a sharp, analytical, and business-minded Financial Analyst to join our team and help drive performance through insightful KPI’s and financial data analysis.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPI's) across global entities
- Support the FP&A function with financial modelling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Prepare data-driven insights and dashboards for management decision-making
- Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations teams to identify business opportunities
- Build Power BI reports or advanced Excel dashboards to visualize performance
- Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities using financial and operational data

Requirements:
- Current residence in Ukraine
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A / Business Analysis / Financial Reporting
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas)
- Experience with Power BI or other BI tools — strong advantage
- Understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting
- Analytical mindset and business curiosity
- Good English communication skills — both written and spoken
- Experience working in multinational or distributed teams — advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in finance / accounting / economics or related field
