Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruiting: from sourcing candidates to final hire
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs
- Use diverse sourcing channels, including networks and social media
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate skills and fit
- Promote a positive employer brand in the market

Requirements
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT or FinTech
- Solid knowledge of modern talent acquisition methods and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher
