? Who we’re looking for:

2+ years of B2C sales experience in the US market

Fluent English (spoken and written)

Experience leading a sales team (3+ people)

Understanding of sales funnels, AI assistants (chatbots, voice-to-text), and CRM systems

Strong communication, coaching, and analytical skills

? What we offer:

Fully remote position

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8 am — 5 pm EST (flexible, non-fixed hours)

Compensation: fixed $1,000 + 2% from personal sales + 0.5% from team sales
(example: team makes $60k → $300 bonus)

KPI bonuses: $100−200/month

? What you’ll be doing:

Actively sell: handle inbound leads and close requests from Instagram, Facebook, Thumbtack, and the website

Coach and support a team of 4−5 sales reps: daily reviews, scripts, templates, follow-ups

Implement and optimize CRM and AI tools in the sales process

Monitor key KPIs: conversion rate, average check, response time, reviews

Onboard and train new team members

Maintain daily reports on leads, calls, chats, sales, and team performance
