QA Engineer — Team Lead (On-Site, Uzhhorod)
Salary: $1,700/month (net)
Location: Uzhhorod, Ukraine — In-office only
We’re seeking an experienced QA Engineer Team Lead to head our in-house quality assurance efforts. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, can lead a small team, and aren’t afraid to dive into both manual and automated testing, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a QA team (2−4 engineers)
- Define, implement, and improve QA processes
- Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting
- Drive automation efforts where appropriate
- Ensure product quality across multiple releases

Requirements
- 4+ years in QA, 1+ in a lead role
- Strong experience with test case management and bug tracking tools
- Familiarity with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Solid English (B1+)

Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, crypto, or high-availability systems
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
