«Food To Live» is a fast-growing online retailer and wholesaler of natural, organic, and raw foods based in New York, USA. We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Assistant to support our experienced QC Inspector and licensed PCQI. This is an excellent opportunity to join a quality-focused team and help ensure our products meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing and documenting quality control procedures and standards
- Support monitoring of production processes to ensure compliance with quality requirements
- Help conduct inspections and tests on products or processes
- Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and findings
- Communicate with suppliers and internal teams regarding quality issues
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation for regulatory compliance
- Support corrective and preventive actions to address quality concerns
- Coordinate with the QC Inspector to ensure the timely completion of quality tasks
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality regulations in all remote tasks
- Perform data entry and analysis related to quality metrics
- Participate in the management and verification of product certifications, including Organic, Kosher, and other relevant standards. This includes reviewing certification documents, supporting compliance with certification requirements, and assisting with audits and inspections related to these certifications.

What We’re Looking For
- Excellent command of English—both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with our international team
- Comfort with routine tasks—you don’t mind repetitive work and understand the importance of consistency in quality control
- Ability to focus for extended periods—you can sit still, concentrate, and maintain high attention to detail throughout your shift
- Previous experience in a quality control department or a similar field is preferred
- Strong sense of responsibility and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time
