Be part of something meaningful. Nordic Harvest Mission is launching Nordic Aid, a new humanitarian initiative in Ukraine. We are looking for a highly organized, trustworthy, and mission-driven Executive Assistant to support our Country Director in leading Nordic Aid’s operations—admin, communication, reporting, coordination, and humanitarian programs.
? Compensation: 30,000 UAH / month
? Benefits (after 6 months):
? 35 days paid leave (24 vacation + 11 holidays)

? Executive & admin support
? Internal and external communication
? Project monitoring and reporting
? Humanitarian project coordination
? Research, compliance, and logistics
? Requirements
? Proven experience in admin/executive roles
? Strong English (spoken and written)
? Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, MS Office)
? High integrity & values-driven
? NGO/humanitarian experience is a plus
? Start Date: Negotiable (within 2025)
