ОПИС ВАКАНСІЇ

Position: Business Controller (фінансовий контроллер, відділ бухгалтерського обліку та звітності) Work Type: This position requires on-site work in our office in Kyiv Place in the organization:
- Reporting to Country Manager / Director (Functionally responsible also to Regional Business Controller Central Europe).

Responsibilities and objectives:
- Taking leadership of the development, implementation and follow up of administrative processes and financial reporting standards for the Epiroc Ukraine
- Safeguard that reporting procedures are in line with «Epiroc Way «as well as local laws and regulations, and that an open communication with internal and external parties is maintained
- Responsibility for all data in reporting system (GPS)
- Pro-active review and transparent analysis of the Business trends
- Responsible for the development and implementation of Epiroc standards for reporting and forecasting processes, procedures and tools
- Raise «red flags» to management whenever compliance with sound business principles are at risk
- Pro-active review and analysis of consolidated GP, market contribution and market efficiency
- Promote transparency in facts and figures to ensure a decision process based on adequate and objective information.
- Create a solid expectancy process comparing the actual.
- Assist the Management members in operational reviews and local audits
- Establish executing and controlling the local company accounting policy
- Develops local chart of accounts
- In charge of the daily bookkeeping operations, as well as of the preparation of financial statements and tax declarations on a regular basis in accordance with the Local and International Accounting Standards
- Approves/close all transactions in ERP system ledgers — General Ledger, Sales and Service module, Purchase ledger and Stock ledger and determine proper handling of transactions. Responsible for ERP system functions
- Oversee tax compliance, keeping abreast of changes in regulations and legislation
- Monitoring cash flow. Examine, evaluate and process loan applications and financial instruments
- Develop external relations with auditors, banking institutions, organizations, suppliers and other external parties
- Analyze and classify risks and coordinate insurance programs
- Engage in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the company
- Responsible for environmental regulations and reports

Experience requirements:
- Experience from working in Finance, accounting and/or Business Control.
- Proven track record in focus on quality, accuracy and working to deadlines.
- Proven leadership skills in coaching and cooperating with others in Business Control and risk management
- Ability to develop management reports and other relevant management information
- Experience in managing people
- Audit experience is a plus

Knowledge:
- Strong in Finance
- Local accounting/fiscal rules.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP and/or other ERP system
- Familiar with accounting principles, IFRS, cost accounting and statutory accounting rules
- Fluent in English, Ukrainian both oral and written.

Educational requirements:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, business administration or equivalent

- High personal Ethic and supporting behavior
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving capability
- A high drive and pro-activeness with wiliness to changes
- Ability to work in a Team
