Our company is part of a major Fintech holding, a leader in lending, debt collection, and marketing across the Czech Republic, Ukraine, Spain, and Romania. We are looking for a proactive and experienced QA Engineer to work on large-scale financial products, ensuring the reliability and high quality of our integrations. We are licensed by the Czech National Bank and have been providing services internationally for over 10 years.
Responsibilities:
- Proactive participation in the QA lifecycle — from initial analysis to final testing
- Deep integration flow testing, including payment systems
- Writing and managing Postman collections and validating HTTP requests/responses
- Working with databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL), including query analysis and test data setup
- Monitoring and validating message queues (RabbitMQ/Kafka), reviewing logs and system behavior
- Analyzing service architecture and identifying areas for automation
- Structuring QA processes: writing test cases, ensuring test logic and quality standards
- Testing landing pages and Post-Production environments
- Testing in development and staging environments, then handing over to extended QA teams

Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in QA with a strong focus on integration and system-level testing
- Ability to quickly understand business logic and technical details
- Experience working with payment flows, microservices, and message queues
- Independence and eagerness to improve QA processes
- Basic experience with Cypress or willingness to learn
- Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps principles is a plus
