What we expect you will do:
- Assist the Head of Fiduciary and Investment Practices in daily operations. Upon successful completion of the probation term — legal project planning and legal project management.
- Conduct research on practical matters within key practice areas.
- Manage documentation.

- Management consulting company as part of a financial group (Asset Management, Fund Management, Wealth Management, Brokerage, Banking, Financial Advisory).
- Set up private fiduciary structures.
- Set up investment undertaking infrastructure.
- Website and LinkedIn should help in further research.Perfect backgrounds:

Perfect backgrounds:
- Non-resident company registration service (best).
- Junior from the financial sector or compliance (best).
- Junior or middle-level specialist in an IT company (average).
- Junior paralegal from an international law firm (average).
- Post-graduate or other — the candidate will have a 15-minute first interview.

No-go
- State organs.
- Advocate or notary assistant.
- Police or attorney office.

Crucial:
- English.
- Degree in law.

Good to have:
- Basic document drafting experience.
- Understanding of basic compliance principles.
- Basic skills in working with databases.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles.
