LOGITY is a transportation company with over 10 years of experience in logistics and freight operations across the United States.
We are looking for a Safety Manager for one of our projects — an American trucking company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor fleet condition and coordinate timely repairs, inspections, and maintenance;
- Arrange towing or roadside assistance in case of breakdowns or emergencies;
- Communicate with drivers daily and ensure pre-trip inspections are completed;
- Conduct initial calls with potential driver candidates, verify documents, and support onboarding;
- Manage safety documents: permits, insurance, licenses, IFTA, UCR;
- Control logbooks and HOS compliance per DOT/FMCSA rules;
- Handle accident cases, document incidents, and support investigations;
- Conduct safety briefings and coordinate drug/alcohol testing;
- Enter and update data in TMS and CRM systems;
- Keep records of fleet, staff, and operations, prepare management reports.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in transportation safety (1+ years preferred);
- English level must be at least Intermediate;
- Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations;
- Experience managing driver qualification files and safety programs;
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick decisions;
- Friendly, customer-focused approach to working with drivers.

- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, starting at 2:00 PM (Kyiv time);
